The Mind and Body Strength Building program is all about helping you feel strong—physically and mentally. Over the course of 6 or 12 weeks, you’ll train in person three days a week with a focus on building real strength, confidence, and consistency. You’ll also receive three written workouts to keep you moving on your own, plus lifestyle accountability notes to help you stay aligned with your goals outside the gym. This program isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about lifting yourself up, creating sustainable habits, and showing up for your body and your life with purpose.

 

Included in the Mind and Body Strength Program:

Lifestyle Accountability Notes

  • Includes: Regular updates on sleep, hydration, exercise, and diet. Motivational support and progress tracking.

3 Days Per Week In-Person Training

  • Includes: Structured, goal-oriented sessions tailored to individual needs.

3 Written Workouts

  • Includes: Clear, easy-to-follow workout plans focused on their fitness goals.

Monday – Thursday
5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
7:00 pm – 8:45 pm

Friday

5:00am – 6:15 am
5:30 pm – 6:45 pm

Saturday
7:00 am – 8:15 am
8:30 am – 9:45 am

Sunday – Off
