The Mindful Bundle is a fully personalized program designed to support both your body and your mindset. Whether you choose the 6- or 12-week option, you’ll receive three days a week of in-person training to help you move with purpose and confidence. In between sessions, you’ll get video or audio check-ins with supportive text messages, wellness check-ins, and lifestyle accountability notes to keep you grounded and motivated. You’ll also get four written workouts to guide you on your own time and an individual-based nutrition plan tailored to your real-life needs—no crash diets, no one-size-fits-all rules. This program is built for consistency, clarity, and true emotional connection with yourself.

Mindful Bundle Program:

3-Day Weekly Wellness Check (Video/Audio/Text)

  • Includes: Review of workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle. Building time to check in with our mental well-being and emotional wellness

Lifestyle Accountability Notes

  • Includes: Regular updates on sleep, hydration, exercise, and diet. Motivational support and progress tracking.

3 Days Per Week In-Person Training

  • Includes: Structured, goal-oriented sessions tailored to individual needs.

4 Written Workouts

  • Includes: Clear, easy-to-follow workout plans focused on their fitness goals.

Individualized Nutrition Plan

  • Includes: Tailored meal plans, macronutrient breakdowns, and recipe suggestions for optimal health and performance.
